Going to Milliways tonight for a bite to eat and to see the big show. (It's nearby, but it always seems to take a long time to get there.) My friend told me that "the friendly cow" was delicious, but I'm in the mood for something more adventurous. Any suggestions?

Depends by what you mean when you say "adventurous." There's always the Pan-Galactic Gargle Blaster, but if you really want to go bleeding-edge foodie, skip Milliways completely, and get yourself a cup of tea.

If you can.

The "unfriendly cow" is way more adventurous. No bull.

Try the cupcakes!

Tzikeh's suggestion is hard to accomplish. I find ending up with no tea much easier.

It's a fun place though, never know which old friend you'll run into, even if they are dead for tax reasons.

If you're willing to take the trip to Milliways, it's very much worth looking at their temporal specialties - thousand year eggs shudder before that menu. Not instantly appealing, but you'll be waiting literally millennia to get them anywhere else; with the time you save, you can build up an acquired taste. I'm fond of the fossilized spinach, preserved tyrannosaur, and for dessert some wind-eroded rock candy.

Just stay out of Stavro's place.

Swamps! Swamps are in, now. None of this fancy temporal restaurants. Swamps, baby. Swamps.

You know, a simple Roast Beast sandwich, in hands of a master chef, can be a work of art.

Try the fish. Don't forget to say thanks.

I'd head in the other direction for a burger first. Max is known to do shows there too, although you may miss some of your old friends who have been waiting around forever.

Oh, hey, I'm trying to make it there for dinner too. There are a lot of commitments cropping up that I'll need to sort out first, but I'm pretty sure I'll be there in time for the show. Maybe we should start a meetup?

Try the Hagro biscuits, not as good as proper dentrassi hagro biscuits but pretty hoopy.
The grated arcturan megadonkey is also pretty good, but I would reccomend just getting the rare steak and not making a meal out of the issues.
