The old man who lives downstairs is perfectly safe, and has gone to the country for the weekend. Charming man. Very dear to me. I'm sure there is a good explanation for the incessant rhythmic sound I'm hearing. Perhaps mice?

Need some house help quickly - we just had a wind storm that started to pull up my house and things were so hectic I kind of blacked out for a bit. When I awoke, the house had caused (and subsequently suffered) some damage. How can I go about finding an inspector to make sure the house's foundation wasn't damaged in the fall? I need to find someone soon, as I'm about to go on a long hike with a few others.
